Hi, I'm Eric Sugg, the Denver family photographer behind Sugg Studio. My love for photography started when I was a kid. At 13, I got my first point-and-shoot film camera, and I was hooked. I took every photography class my high school offered, spent hours in the darkroom developing film, and even started learning Photoshop before it was mainstream. What started as a passion has grown into a lifelong career of capturing authentic, meaningful moments.

With nearly 25 years of experience, I specialize in cinematic, fine art photography, using a mix of natural light and flash to create timeless, emotive images. But photography isn’t just about taking pictures—it’s about telling stories, capturing relationships, and preserving memories that will last for generations.

At Sugg Studio, I guide my clients through every step of the process. From our first consultation—where we discuss clothing, colors, and how your portraits will fit into your home—to the final in-home preview session, I make sure your images aren’t just seen on a screen but beautifully displayed as heirloom-quality artwork. My background working in a professional photo lab gives me the expertise to ensure that every print is of the highest quality.
